Children Services Manager
The Children’s Services Manager oversees and directs the planning, organizing, and implementation of education and child development services for children in Okanogan County Child Development Association (OCCDA) Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP programs. The Children’s Services Manager promotes school readiness of OCCDA’s children by providing technical assistance, mentoring, and training to the staff and agency. This involves culturally responsive, integrated service delivery of child development, disabilities and mental health that supports learning environments to enhance children’s cognitive, social and emotional development, promote children’s growth in language and literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, physical development, and approaches to learning. These services contribute to the increased social competence in children and recognition and enhancement of parents as the primary educators of their children.

Position is full time at 32-40 hours per week, not to exceed 1880 hours per year. Salary is $17.57 to $23.28per hour depending on education and experience.
