Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor provides support and clinical service delivery oversight of mental health services to ensure quality implementation of care. This position does not have direct reports, however works in partnership with unit managers and site directors to improve clinical outcomes and patient engagement. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision of practicum, intern, mental health, and co-occurring providers as needed. This position will support training to and ensuring adherence to care standards, including evidence-based practices, interventions, and processes.
Clinical Quality/Fidelity to Care Model & Incorporation of Mental Health Intervention
In partnership with unit managers & site directors, develop targeted interventions to improve patient engagement
Supervision/Consultation
Provide supervision of practicum, intern, mental health, and co-occurring providers
Attend staffings as needed to provide direction and suggestion for intervention on complex cases
Provide program training as needed for all direct care staff to improve clinical quality, incorporation of evidence-based mental health interventions, and consistency of care delivery
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in clinical psychology or related field of study
Current, independent mental health license in the state you are currently practicing
Three or more years working in the behavioral health or substance use field as a licensed clinician completing assessments, individual and group therapy
Experience providing clinical supervision
Strong skills in differential diagnosis
Demonstrated competence in delivering or training to evidence-based practices for high incidence diagnoses
Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days
Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
